setter hooked up to an online automatic processor and driven by the
latest Rampage Workflow System.
An Epson 10600 proofing devise with full color management software
allows us to reproduce on a special high-grade satin paper an array
of vivid colors near 95% close to press results.
Several PC & Mac computers filled with a multitude of contemporary
applications help us open and process the most complex files.
 A
special computer set up specifically to create a digitized CIP4
color profile saved to a floppy that accompanies every job to our
printing division in order to ensure accurate color interpretation
on press.
This new acquisition combined with years of expertise in the graphic
arts and communications fields help us offer a near seamless end-to-end

To Plate |
We image directly on litho plates eliminating
the film process and increasing the quality of every job.

| File Preparatory |
We will scan through all components of the
artwork and repair any potential problems for optimum quality
and accurate results. (Extra charges apply for the time put
in correcting artwork)

| Preflight |
As part of any quoted job, all artwork will
be preflighted through with our preflight expert staff to
ensure the artwork is clear from any potential problems for
printing.

| Trapping |
Is a printing technique in which adjacent
printed colours are slightly overlapped to ensure that white
space does not appear between the colours.
We offer manual application trapping, or automated
software trapping that applies traps to digital files.

| Imposition |
A means if arranging a number of pages on
the front and back of a press sheet to ensure correct order
after the printed sheet is folded.
We Imposition our jobs using preps the leading
industry standard impositioning software for accurate results.
Files are digitally stripped for different press specs.

We have a wide range of digital proofing options.
Our foremost digital proffer is the Pictro Proof, which comes
in two different sizes 10x12 or 12x18Pictro proof is an excellent
choice to supply to your clients as final proof.
Next superior proofing device is our Epson 10600
size is not an issue with this printer because it can handle
your largest press sheet. Our Epson proofs are ripped through
our workflow and colour managed using black magic, which is
one the greatest proofing rips in the industry.
Our lower-end proofing device, which is one
the foremost, requested proofs by our clients are our hp1050.
The proofing device is mainly used for content, imposition
and average colour. All of our proofs are ripped prior to
proofing to ensure final representation of artwork.

We can supply our costumers with a PDF proof
of their ripped files prior to imaging. We can also generate
a VPS proof, which is advance software that can show you your
final job in their separated colours.

Management |
Final ripped files are archived for reproduction
of plates for later re-runs. For additional cost costumers
can also have their working files archived.
The advantage in having the working files archived
is that you can retrieve the reliable prepress ready files
and make changes or produce cd's for your clients at later
date.
